Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking information. You can review the status of your shipment(s) directly from the carrier by selecting the tracking number(s).

Delivery Options
We offer the following options for all Phonebooth orders:

Shipping is standard for all orders that include both a phone and a billing plan at no additional cost. Delivery time-frame is generally 3-5 days. You will see any shipping charges in your checkout cart prior to order placement

Shipping is Monday through Friday prior to 5pm EST. Orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday through Sunday are generally processed on Monday for shipment.

Shipping for all orders is subject to order processing, inventory availability, credit approval and validation of shipping address. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to contact you by e-mail right away.

Multiple Item Delivery
If you order multiple items and certain items are not in stock, we will ship the item(s) to you that are currently in stock and then follow up with the remaining items when they are available in stock.

Initiating a Return
Phonebooth values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for equipment and services purchased directly from Phonebooth. For more details see Section 7 of our Terms of Service and License Agreement.
