Why is my User is not showing up in drop down menus or picklists?


A User sometimes may not show up in some areas (i.e. Group Member List or Auto-attendant) even though the User(s) is setup. 

Check: Make sure that the User in question has a valid extension assigned.

Fix: Assign valid extension 

If the extension is valid then submit a service request.

Note: This issue is not only with Users, but can also happen if Auto-attendants and Groups do not have a valid extension.
