1. REBOOT YOUR ROUTER:
You can reboot your router by unplugging your router, waiting for 1 minute, and then plugging it back in. Every router is a little different, but this tends to be the most effective method across the board.
*Keep in mind that when you unplug your router, your internet will not work. It usually is a good idea to notify staff that you are doing this.
2. REBOOT YOUR PHONES:
Immediately following the router reboot, you'll need to reboot your phones. You can do this by unplugging your phones from the power supply, waiting at least 5 seconds, and plugging back in.
The phone will automatically search and find the new system.
