How to Login to your Portal

The Phonebooth OnDemand service is easy to manage from anywhere in the world via a simple Administrative Portal. The following instructions will help Phonebooth Local Administrators, as well as Users login to their Web configuration portal.

Step 1: Phonebooth Portal Login Site

Go to Phonebooth.com and click on the OnDemand Login Link or go to https://pb2.bandwidth.com/pb/pbx

 

Step 2: Enter Login Credentials

The Username will be in the format of an email address. It is not, however, a working email address (i.e.username@company.phonebooth.com).Some long-standing customers may have a slightly different username. The Username cannot be changed without deleting the entire User. The Username is case sensitive.

The Password can be sent via one of two methods. If you are a new customer, it will be sent by the Phonebooth system. Alternatively, it may be sent to you by another Phonebooth Administrator in your company. Any Phonebooth portal password can be changed by the Administrator in the User section of the portal. Users are also able to manage their own password through their portal. The Password is case sensitive.

If you forgot your password, you will need to click on the "Can't access your account?" link on the login page, and follow the directions to reset your password. You must know your Username in order to complete this task.
