Transfer Directly to Voicemail


Phonebooth has the ability to transfer a call directly to a specific User's voicemail box without ringing the User's IP-phone. Here are the steps to complete this:

  1. During an active call, initiate a call transfer (blind transfer works best on Polycom phones).
  2. When dialing the User's extension, enter *88<extension>.
  3. Hang up call.

 It is that simple.
