Why am I not receiving my voicemail in my email?

Troubleshooting Steps 

1. Check your User or Local Admin portal to insure that the correct email address is entered in the email field. Be sure to save any changes.

 

 

2.  Check to make sure you are not blocking email from phonebooth-noreply@bandwidth.com or phonebooth-noreply@phonebooth.com in your spam filter.
